The Operator's total liability to any user in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct; KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; there are security concerns regarding the account; or the Operator is required to do so by a regulatory authority or applicable law.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. On closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of pending bonus wagering obligations and applicable charges) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and AML checks.
